WATERCOLOR PRINTS

Today’s post may look a little different, but it’s actually the same concept as the So Chic So Cheap features we’ve been posting, only we changed the name! Trend Tracker seemed more fitting.

This week, we’re experimenting with Watercolor Prints. They’ve been making their way onto just about every type of garment this Spring/Summer. It’s somewhere between a floral print and a geometric print. The main focus with watercolor prints is COLOR….and lots of it! If you want to try out this trend, I recommend pairing it with one of the colors that exist in the print. Instead of just going for black or white, pull out one of the main colors and wear it prominently like I did here with the yellow.

TUXEDO PANTS

The side stripe pant is pretty MAJOR right now. Don’t get this trend confused with the side stripe you see on a track suit though! This is more of a tuxedo pant that’s inspired by menswear, rather than a sporty outfit.

Funky Fresh: Contrast Collars
